System of Support

Donors

• Corporations, organizations, associations, legal and physical entities, groups of physical persons (groups of friends) that can support one child or more children through the program;
• Donors may support any children they choose according to their discretion.

Project Administrator

• Provides project management and administration;
• Regularly finances activities of the child and balances payments against donor contributions;
• Regularly informs donors on current situation regarding children they sponsor, on their performance and plan;
• Oversees the work of tutors.

Tutors

• Professionally trained people that supervise children within every region;
• Provide regular monitoring of supported children;
• Regularly visit children and work with families of children;
• Help to resolve problems and try to motivate children and parents;
• Oversee compliance with rules of the program.
