Selection of Children

Every donor may select a child to support based on a profile of the child, its talent or the overall sum required for financial support. Every child has its photograph and a brief curriculum vitae on the website. In the Children's Profiles section you can find summary information about children, their families, the environment where they grow up, its hobbies and talents. We have different talents: visual, dancing, musical, singing, studying, athletic, etc. Their required financial support varies with individual children. It depends on many factors such as age of children, type of school they attend (elementary school of arts, secondary school of arts, conservatorium), the location to which they commute to participate in the activity, resources required to develop the talent, etc. The expected budget could be found for every child in the Children's Profiles section.

The Contract

After selecting a child you wish to support the following step is signing the Donor Contract. By signing the contract and paying the sum for the child you become a donor for at least 1 academic year.

Finances and Support

Financial resources provided by the donor to the child are under supervision of the Administrator who reimburses activities to the child and mediates the contact between the donor and the child. The Administrator is also responsible for making sure that the finances go to supporting necessary activities and are used to cater for the child's needs.

By their support the donor contributes to and helps the child to develop its talent and education. Obviously it is not just finances that motivate the child to further their talent. It motivates children enormously to see that someone showed interest in them and is intending to help them in their self-fulfilment. By providing individual support donors form positive attitude in children towards working on their education.

Every child must comply with rules of the program prescribed by Generally Binding Conditions. Tutors oversee children to make sure they comply with those conditions and at the same time tutors provide suitable conditions to develop talent and education. They also visit families on regular basis and inform the administrator about progress achieved by children.

Contact with Children

Donors are regularly updated on achievements and progress of children they support. In case of interest they may be in contact. It is up to donors to signal whether they are interesting in getting to know children they support.

Donor Anonymity

Donors may choose to remain anonymous, i.e. they support a child yet maintain no contacts and remain anonymous towards the child and the family.
