EVENING ON WINGS OF MUSIC
On Sunday, 10 April 2011 at 18.00, the concert hall at the J. L. Bella Music
School Banská Bystrica staged a concert of Norbert Daniš, an outstanding Roma
pianist, who develops his talent mainly thanks to the scholarship program of
Divé maky. His repertoire includes famous names like F. Chopin, F. Liszt and L.
van Beethoven.
Norbert has played the piano since his early childhood and today strives to
promote his vast musical talent at numerous competitions, concerts and music
recitals. Last year he graduated from the Bratislava Music School at which he is
currently a postgraduate student. In order to fulfil his ambitions to become a
solo pianist, Norbert would like to go to university. “Norbert is a
strong-minded young man, who always has a new surprise at hand. Each concert is
a unique and unforgettable event. He plays his concerts like a professional with
many years of experience,” says Lucia Dohnalová, Divé maky Program
Director.
